Nursing Coordinator
Crystal has currently been employed with Cove PREP for 1.5 years. In her professional role, she currently coordinates all medical and psychiatric care needs for individuals at Cove PREP. She coordinates medical and psychiatric evaluations for treatment purposes under the supervision of Cove PREP’s medical team of doctors and Nurse Practitioners. She collaboratively works with the medical and clinical teams to aid in rehabilitation of residents. She has 10 years of experience in the nursing field. This all includes long/short term care, hospice care, home care, and rehabilitation. She is currently certified through Pennsylvania Department of Human Services as a Trainer to teach the Medication Administration Course to employees. She graduated in 2011 from Lenape Technical School and was able to transition into their Practical Nursing Program following graduation. Crystal’s favorite quote is ‘Every nurse was drawn to nursing because of a desire to care, to serve, or to help.”
