Chianti Franklin
Risk Manager
Chianti was raised in a suburban town outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She attended both Westmoreland County Community College and Youngstown State University. In 2011, she graduated with a Degree in Computer Technology. Chianti started her journey at Cove PREP in 2016 as a Clinical Technician. During those three years, she became a Mentor for new Behavioral Health Associates. In 2019, she became a Shift Supervisor; where she oversaw a Milieu of approximately 35 clients, and 11 staff on a daily basis. During this time she assumed the Leadership of the Mentor Program; assigning a small group of senior staffing to help train new hires. In 2022, she obtained the Health Risk and Safety Position at Cove PREP. In this role; she facilitates new hire and annual trainings, and coordinates with Acadia to accurately maintain a safe environment for the facility.
